Originally a gospel singer and now a budding rhythm and blues artist, Jones made Charles his first signing and the pair went on to take New Orleans by storm, scoring his first national mini-hit with a cover of Al Green's 'God Bless Our Love'. Released in 1976 this is Brimmer's second and last known full-length album and features quintessential soul gems 'With You in Mind', 'My Sweet Thing' and 'I Want to Be Your Breadwinner'.
