"This early solo album by trumpeter Arturo Sandoval was recorded in Madrid, Spain a few years before his defection from Cuba. Sandoval performs six high-power sides (five original compositions plus "A Night in Tunisia") showcasing tremendous technique and ability with his ferocious and rapid licks. The recordings here feature pianist Hilario Durán and guitarist Jorge Chicoy.
